How it opens
Monday morning, one of our clients had 183 products in a 1,200-SKU Shopping feed drop out of the comparison auction. No policy-strike email, no red suspension banner. Some got disapproved outright. Others got demoted: still live, buried past page one, which looks fine on a dashboard and spends like dead inventory in the bank account. By Thursday afternoon, four days in, someone opened the tab. At $46,000 a month in Shopping and Performance Max spend and a 5.2x blended ROAS, that catalog earns about $239,200 a month in Shopping revenue at full strength. 183 SKUs is 15.25% of it. Run that share through the monthly number and you get $36,478 a month sitting behind disapprovals and demotions. Call it $1,216 a day. Four days since Monday, and $4,864 was gone before anyone checked.
That is page one, unedited. The remaining 7 sections carry the thresholds, the tables and the fixes.

Questions
What does it cost?
Nothing. There is no paid tier behind it and no call to book at the end.
What format is it?
A checklist pdf you can download and keep. It opens on a phone.
What happens to my email address?
It goes on my list so I can send you the writing. I do not sell it or share it, and every email has an unsubscribe link.
Do I need to be running Google Ads already?
No. Plenty of this applies before you spend a dollar, and knowing the thresholds up front is cheaper than learning them live.
